We are an Independent NY Home Inspection & Home Inspection NJ Company. Superior Home Inspection Services was originally founded over 20 years ago by the name Superior Home Inspection Services. This was long before NY and NJ licensing laws came into effect. Even before the Home Inspection industry became regulated, Superior Home Inspection Services was performing exceptional services for their clients.

Our President and Founder, Mark Bendit, is a Licensed NY State Home Inspector, Licensed NY Air Conditioning Engineer, Licensed NY High Pressure Boiler Engineer, EPA Air Pollution Certified, NY State Certified Home Inspection Instructor, Certified Air Testing Technician, and is Certified by the NY Fire Department for Oil Burners, Air Conditioning, Fire Alarms, Smoke Detectors, Air Compressors, Sprinkler Systems and Stand Pipes.
